Bio-Paver Terra Flow™

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ is a permeable natural stone and concrete paving system designed for exterior hardscape applications. It is engineered to support durability, water movement, and stormwater-conscious site design.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ features an open aggregate structure that allows rainwater to pass directly through the surface. This helps reduce pooling and supports a more natural movement of water toward the ground below.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ is suitable for exterior walkways, plazas, courtyards, terraces, patios, hospitality spaces, commercial hardscapes, and other high-use outdoor environments.

Each paver measures 17" × 6" × 2¼".

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ has a Soft Grain permeable concrete and vibro-compacted natural stone surface with an open aggregate texture.

Unlike conventional hardscape surfaces that can redirect or collect water, Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ allows rainwater to move through the paver surface. This makes it a thoughtful option for projects focused on exterior drainage, reduced surface pooling, and more responsible site design.

Yes. Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ has a PFAS-free material profile, supporting healthier material selection for exterior spaces.

Yes. Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ is engineered for exterior durability and high-use hardscape applications, making it appropriate for demanding outdoor environments.

Yes. Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ is designed for commercial, hospitality, landscape, workplace, campus, and mixed-use exterior applications where both performance and design are important.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ combines the visual refinement of an architectural paver with permeable performance. It helps transform hardscape into an active design element that supports water movement, exterior durability, and Future-Friendly™ site design.

Yes. Samples are available upon request for architects, designers, landscape architects, and project teams evaluating the product for exterior applications.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ should be installed according to project-specific site conditions, drainage requirements, and professional paving installation standards. For best performance, the permeability of the full assembly, including the setting bed and base layers, should be considered.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ is designed to support water movement through the paver surface and help reduce surface pooling, but overall drainage performance depends on the complete site design, installation method, soil conditions, and base system.

Bio-Paver Terra Flow™ supports Future-Friendly™ design by combining permeable performance, PFAS-free material health, exterior durability, and a refined architectural finish for outdoor spaces that need to perform beautifully over time.
